Hi everyone!! I wanted to share my positive experience with Dr. Ramadan and highly recommend her as your primary physician. She's not only incredibly knowledgeable but also caring and sweet. What stood out to me is her genuine focus on patient care. She takes the time to understand your needs, doesn't rush through appointments, and ensures you feel heard. Unlike some, she prioritizes patient well-being over a solo business approach. Dr. Ramadan is approachable, easy to talk to, and makes the entire experience comfortable. Her friendly and caring staff further enhance the overall positive environment. I usually don't write recommendations, but this one is a must

Dr. Ramadan is very thorough with her assessments whenever I come see her with new health concerns. She takes in the little details of my symptoms and gives reasons to why I may be feeling them. I’ve never trusted a doctor so much in my life when it comes to my health. I also like how she recommends a more holistic approach compared to medicinal approach/treatments. I also don’t have to wait more than 1 month to get an appointment unlike other medical offices. I just text the team and surely they are able to take me in the next day. Thank you Dr. Ramadan and team for taking good care of me.

Today was my first visit to Sera’s office and it was great. Her and her staff were kind and took time to explain any questions I had. Her office is clean and quiet. It was tricky for me to find her office at first but I was able to get there on time. If you go in, take the elevator on right side of the building. I went to the left (front lady advised wrong) and it was a different surgery areas that had no connection to the other side of the building where Sera’s office was. Parking is free and easy to find spots. Overall, I would recommend her for sure.

I had an exceptional experience during my visit to Dr. Sera Ramadan. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The doctor was not only kind and approachable but also very knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all my questions. I truly felt heard and cared for throughout the entire visit. I also want to add that the MA who drew my blood did an awesome job. She made it painless and comfortable. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for top-notch care with a personal touch!

Quick and friendly. Noel Almani was thorough, to the point and addressed all my concerns. I highly recommend him for your primary care needs. His front desk staff greet you with smiles and the office is beautiful!

Loved Dr Ramadan and staff. I never wait. I can book an appointment quickly. Staff very helpful to get insurance approval. I haven’t been able to loose weight in 2 years and now im down 20lbs and my husband lost 30lbs .

I've never felt so heard and seen by a doctor as I did when I met Dr. Sera Ramadan. She is kind, attentive, and truly listens. I've only been seeing her for a month, and I'm already noticing real improvements in my health — something I didn't think was possible this quickly. Appointments are efficient and respectful of my time. I've never waited more than five minutes, and the Silver Lake location makes it easy with plenty of parking, so I don't have to miss much work. Everyone in the office is welcoming and helpful, which makes the whole experience stress-free. While there is a fair amount of paperwork, it's all handled online through the Spruce app. That means I have my own record of everything discussed in appointments, prescriptions, and care details — an invaluable tool for keeping track of my care. Most importantly, Dr. Ramadan has been a light during a very dark time in my life. I'm beyond grateful to have found her and cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have a great experience every time I visit. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable and the office environment feels like going to a spa. PA Bailey really listens, addresses my questions, and takes time to ensure I understand her guidance. I could not be happier with my choice of primary care practice!
